A few years ago, I tried an experiment with Reiki that, although I could guess what the result would be, still surprised me at just how effective it was. I gave Reiki to a bouquet of flowers that I’d bought for my girlfriend at the time, just curious to see what, if any, difference Reiki would make to how long the flowers lasted for.

The results? Those flowers stayed fresh for weeks! They were more vibrant and full of life than I could’ve imagined. It got me thinking: if Reiki can bring that kind of energy to something as simple as flowers, imagine what it can do for people—our relationships, our health, and even the way we connect with ourselves.

This is exactly why I love teaching Reiki to others. It’s a gift that keeps giving, whether you’re using it for self-care or to share with the people you love. I’ve seen miraculous things happen in transforming the quality of people’s relationships over the years.
