Last Christmas, I was a bundle of nerves. Between shopping, cooking, and hosting family, I felt like I was losing myself in the chaos. One morning, after a particularly restless night, I decided to give myself a break. I sat quietly, focusing on my breath and letting go of the tension in my shoulders. That simple act of mindfulness was the turning point. Add in a few Reiki sessions, and suddenly, I was no longer dreading the season but actually enjoying it.
